67 Quarry RoadSullivan, ME 04664Price: $300,000

A 2021 home on 1.2 private acres in Sullivan, set back from the road, with an interior that still shows almost no wear. Four bedrooms and two full baths fit into about 1,200 square feet. That leaves room for a home office, a guest room, or kids who each get their own space. Finishes throughout look close to new. This one has been well cared for. Much of the housing stock around Sullivan is decades old, and inspections on those homes tend to show it. This house is five years old. Heat is a propane forced hot air furnace. Water comes from an artesian well, and the septic is private. The setback gives the house distance from the road, and the back patio, with a fire pit and grill, sits on the private side of the lot. Sullivan is 20 minutes from Ellsworth and 45 from Bar Harbor. It works as a first home in the area, or as a place to come back to that won't greet you with a project list.
