Josh was exceptional when it came to helping us purchase our first home. He was always quick to respond, knowledgeable about the properties, and made himself available whenever we needed him. If we were to purchase another home, I would only consider doing it through Josh if possible. He even went beyond what he was responsible for before our contract started and after it ended. He clearly genuinely cares for his clients and I would highly recommend.

Jessica was always available for showings and advice. We looked at several homes. It was a real challenge to work around my husband and my work schedules but Jessica always found a way to make it happen. It took us almost 6 months to find the home we finally realized was the one. I would recommend Jessica to any one of my friends or family.

Having James as our agent totally eliminated any stress or questions we had about selling our property. It was nice to list it and not have to worry about a thing until closing.
