I got out of a long term DV situation last Fall and was looking this year to buy my first home. It was not "just a house" for me. It was safety and a place to start over and raise my three kids. A home was key to building my income and restoring my health. With my limited budget, it was discouraging looking at the housing market these days. I had never bought a home before and didn't know what I was doing. I clicked on Zillow for a request to view a house and Josh called me within an hour. Josh was very professional, very informative and patient when explaining things without making me feel dumb. He is a good listener and knows the job inside and out. I really did feel like he wanted to help me find just the right place for me and I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy, not at all. Josh was quick to point out things that would be/could be problematic when looking at houses and things that would add up quickly for needed repairs. Then one day he sent me a property that he thought would be a great fit for what I was looking for. It was perfect. One thing that really impressed me was that I never had to "chase him down" for info or updates. He was always ON IT. That was so refreshing after spending the last couple of years dealing with lawyers and doctors. He is a very good communicator and takes his job seriously. He would literally crawl on the ground to get a better look at foundations, under the porch, etc. I will absolutely recommend Josh to anyone I hear is looking to buy a house. He literally changed my life for the better, and for that I am forever grateful.

Josh was amazing through the whole process of buying our getaway property. He was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decisions. He was on top of any potential issues that may come up. Josh knew all the right people to contact and make sure the property would be right for us and that there wouldn't be any issues after our purchase. We couldn't have asked for a nicer more professional agent to help us and we're thankful to have had his help.

Cindy is one that will go beyond what your normal realtor will do for you. She has gone to visit the property for me and provided a live feed from her phone to help me out. That is outstanding service. I 100% would recommend Cindy to any one that is interested in purchasing property in Maine.

Our experience with josh was amazing. From the start of our search to the closing on our property he always treated us with patience and respect. We always felt confident we were making the right decisions with his guidance. He was great at contacting the right people to get answers to questions we didn't even know we should ask. We're so thankful we were put in contact with him when we started this journey. We will definitely contact him again if we ever decide to look for realestate in the future.
