Having personally had a career in real estate years ago I am extremely particular with regard to the service I receive. James has represented my wife and I on two sales and one purchase and we could not be happier. James goes way above and beyond with his service and provides exceptional help all along the way. I don't even know where to start. From the moment I talked to Carlie I knew she was the type of realtor I wanted in my corner. Every step of the way through the process she communicated with me and it being my first home purchase that was huge for me. Mike also showed me a few homes and answered every question I had and even some I didn't know I had. The professionalism at True North is top notch. I will never hesitate to recommend them, Or use them in the future.

As a first time homebuyer, a lot of the process was incredibly confusing at first. Chris was able to answer all of my questions in great detail, and help me understand what to expect. He offered useful advice surrounding the specific home I was looking at (and ultimately bought!), and was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, everything went incredibly well and I can't thank him enough!
