 Hello, I'm Josh, and I'm excited to help you with all of your real estate needs. I grew up in Lebanon, Connecticut, and after graduating from high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I served as a jet engine mechanic for five years. The discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills I developed in the military continue to shape my approach to real estate and my commitment to providing exceptional service.   After my military service, my brother and I purchased a home in Howland, Maine, where I relocated in 2015. That experience sparked my interest in real estate, and I enrolled at Eastern Maine Community College (EMCC), where I earned an associate's degree in Diesel Science. Following my studies, I completed a summer internship with Caterpillar and spent the last eight years working as a heavy equipment mechanic at W.T. Gardner & Sons, honing my practical skills and work ethic.In addition to my career in mechanics, my brother and I are also involved in several entrepreneurial ventures. We manage a few rental properties and operate a storage business called Stock & Lock. We also run a small craft and décor store, The Rusty Blade, where we create handmade wood and metal sculptures and furniture from repurposed materials. This business is a creative outlet for us and a perfect complement to our property management efforts.
