Christopher was wonderful to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and detailed-we felt very confident with him overseeing the purchase of our camp. He was very responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions; he even went to the property and did a video tour for us. Buying a property sight unseen and out of state can be overwhelming, but Christopher made sure that we felt comfortabe with everything and that we had all of the information we needed to make decisions. It's a huge benefit that he covers the entire state of Maine! We really felt that he went above and beyond for us and provided top notch service. Marj and Paul ultimately are the best! We were first time home buyers that knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. They were always available to answer questions, show us homes, and give us their honest opinion. We never expected to find our home sooo fast! We were not planning on buying until Summer of 2024 but we found the perfect home in February and closed in March! We only put one offer in not expecting anything but they fought and made sure our offer was the one picked! They made buying a home so easy and stress free. We are so grateful and can not express enough gratitude to them! I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you again for assisting us in finding our first home!
