Marj was great to work with! First in finding a place, and then in selling the place. As someone that wasn't local she made the experience great and helped take care of everything so I didn't have to travel back and forth 5 hrs. It was a pleasure to meet and work with James Spear as he was very professional and knew the in and outs of buying a home. He also knows what will pass inspection and what won’t. My husband and I saw a house we liked on Zillow and decided to send in an inquiry to a realtor to get more info, just on a whim. We got connected with Bradley and Lisa almost immediately, and we are so glad we did! They are enthusiastic, professional, and truly care about their clients. They gave us realistic feedback during our home search and provided guidance without pressuring us. They answered my frantic questions literally in the middle of the night and were truly invested in what was best for our family. They were phenomenal liaisons between our sellers as well as our lender and made every facet of the process easy to understand, especially for first time home buyers.
