Mike and Chelsea work tirelessly to find you the perfect home. We have worked with them so many times and they never disappoint. If you need anything they are there to help, find you what you need. We closed on our first property in 2016 with the Ireland's and then again, a couple years later on a piece of land. It was roughly 2020 when I needed to have my septic tank pumped so I called Mike up and even though we hadn't spoken in several years he came over and tried to assist in locating it for us. Ultimately that failed but he sent one of his guys and he came without hesitation and found what we needed. We could share many similar stories of how they go out of their way to help but I'm sure it's well known by now. When we closed on our most recent property, Mike immediately knew we should go for it and even went in under what we thought based on his knowledge of the market. We don't really consider the Ireland's realtors anymore, they are friends. Thanks guys, you rock!

Absolutely an awesome agent very attentive kept me updated immediately personable went above and beyond I was out of state selling my property cindy made it so easy everything went extremely smooth I would definitely recommend her if the opportunity arose.

Chris (and Chelsea) made our home purchase amazingly easy. Purchasing a home out of state was daunting; however, they were there with us every step of the way and were always available to answer questions or provide help when needed. I would highly recommend Chris, Chelsea, or Mike to anyone looking for an agent.

Bradley and Lisa were such a wonderful help in our journey to find our first home together. I am not an easy person to work with and can be very stale/hard to read. Bradley went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, curious, and conscious in our decision making. Bradley made me see that my worries and opinions mattered when it came to what I and my wife want and need. We couldn't have had a better experience with both of them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. Overall just wonderful and caring people.

Cindy takes everything to a personal level. She obviously care about her people and her business. Professional but personal. Would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or buy. She stays on top of her game, and gives 150% to every person she is helping… Her awareness of people, and the right property match is finely tuned.
