Well I am very happy to have found James, He did a great job . He didn't leave me hanging with my questions and demands at all. He had the answers to my concerns before I voiced them. James came to our home one day to meet us. He was a kind,polite,courteous young man. We sit and talked, we did most of the talking about our home. He was not rude or pushy, he sit politely and lustened. He came fully prepared with all the documents he had gathered on our home. We was very impressed with his knowledge about everything.
