Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

We are very happy Mike contacted us after our listing expired from another realty. Mike communicated with us about everything and anything he needed to know to successfully sell our property. If anyone were to ask for whom I would recommend to sell their property I will give Mike's name and phone number. Very satisfied with the service we received.
Mike and Chelsea sold our home in just 11 days! It had been on the market for 8 months with another company with just a couple of showings. They had 3 showings booked the first week! Not only did they sell our home quickly but they worked hard to find our new home (3 hours away!) They were extremely helpful knowledgeable and a pure delight to work with! Thanks again Mike and Chelsea!!!!
Couldn't have done better than Mike and Chelsea Ireland. They work great as a team naturally they go above and beyond with service and effort. No matter what ridiculous request we came up with the answer was always "no problem". Super pleasant too!
We got off to an awkward start when the first buyer backed out over something he saw as a problem. Mike quickly worked to find another buyer and that deal went through.
Mike and Chelsea Ireland were by far the most reliable realtor's I've worked with. This was my 4th property purchase and they exceeded my expectations. Both were extremely helpful and prompt with answering any questions I had throughout the process. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a home in Maine!
Mike and Chelsea were great to work with and went to extra efforts to help me find a home in Maine. I made several trips to see houses in the snow and they were always responsive to my questions and helpful with information about the area. I would recommend them highly.
Mike was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and answered any question I had!! Thank you Mike for making my first time home purchase seamless!! I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone I know looking to purchase a home!!!! Thank you again!!
Mike and Chelsea worked with me for more than a year to find a property I liked. Mike's quick response to my first e-mail inquiry led me to believe that he would be an excellent agent. Subsequently I spent several days last year looking at property all over north central and northeast Maine with Chelsea and this year doing the same with both Mike and Chelsea. They both worked very hard and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
My husband and I felt Mike and Chelsea were phenomenal. They were prompt and showed great knowledge of the area. We will be sure to recommend to friends and family in the future.
I would not hesitate to call Mike and Chelsea to help me sell another property. They bring value to the entire process from the day the listing is made to the day of the closing.
