It can be a bit daunting to not be in the local area when you have real estate for sale. You need to find someone you can trust to represent you and your real estate fairly and honestly. Communication is a huge factor for instilling confidence through out the whole process. If it's a new experience there will be many questions and concerns.Mike went above and beyond in handling this representation...from listing pictures answering (respectfully) oodles of questions and concerns understanding and guiding us through out the whole process. We never felt like we were floating on a foreign sea. We knew someone was looking out for us and our treasured piece of property. Such a comfort. If an opportunity ever should present itself in the future...I would immediately contact Mike to be our realtor. He truly goes above and beyond.
